Privacy Policy — BundleSpark: Quantity Deals

BundleSpark ("the App") is developed and operated by ZarvonaApps ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how the App collects, uses, and stores information when you install and use it on your Shopify store.

Information we collect

When you install the App, we store:

• Your store's myshopify.com domain and an API access token provided by Shopify (required for the App to function).
• Product information for the products you attach bundle offers to (product ID, variant ID, title, image URL, price snapshot).
• The bundle offers you create (quantities, discount settings, display styles).

We do not collect, store, or process any customer personal data. The App never reads customer names, emails, addresses, order details, or payment information.

How we use information

The information above is used solely to provide the App's functionality: displaying bundle offers on your storefront and applying the corresponding discounts at checkout. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage and security

Data is stored on servers hosted by Fly.io (Frankfurt, EU region) with encrypted backups. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to communicate with Shopify's APIs.

Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall the App, Shopify notifies us and your access token is invalidated immediately. All remaining store data (bundle offers and settings) is permanently deleted within 48 hours in accordance with Shopify's mandatory data deletion webhooks.

GDPR

We comply with Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). As we store no customer personal data, customer data requests are fulfilled trivially: there is nothing to report or delete.
